We can create most Nuzzles within 48 hours. A downloadable link will be emailed to you to send to your loved one. When delivering a Nuzzle with a gift from our store, standard shipping times will apply.

Our Classic Nuzzles just need one video message. Our Deluxe Nuzzles need one video message and 10 photos. Video messages should be 45 seconds or less.

We try to get your Nuzzle put into production right away. If you contact us before we do, we are happy to accommodate changes. Once your Nuzzle has been put into production, revisions can be made for a small additional fee.
