How Long Does It Take To Create a Nuzzle?
We can create most Nuzzles within 48 hours. A downloadable link will be emailed to you to send to your loved one. When delivering a Nuzzle with a gift from our store, standard shipping times will apply.
How Much Media Do I Need To Upload?
The average Nuzzle needs 10-12 photos and one video message that you record. Video messages can be any duration up to 45 seconds.
Can I Make Changes To My Nuzzle?
We try to get your Nuzzler put into production right away. If you contact us before we do, we are happy to accommodate changes. Once your Nuzzle has been delivered to you, revisions can be made for an additional fee.
