How Long Does It Take To Create a Nuzzle?
We can create most Nuzzles within 48 hours. A downloadable link will be emailed to you upon completion. When delivering a Nuzzle with a gift from our store, standard shipping times will apply.
How Much Media Do I Need To Upload?
The average Nuzzle needs a video messsage that is 45 seconds or less. Some templates include photos - about 10 pictures in most cases.
Can I Make Changes To My Nuzzle?
We try to get your Nuzzle put into production right away. If you contact us before we do, we are happy to accommodate changes. Once your Nuzzle has been delivered to you, revisions can be made for an additional fee.
